Does their work suit your home?
Look for real rooms and thoughtful furniture placement. Our before-and-after example below shows a vacant living room furnished for sale; our Melbourne project gallery gives you more examples to assess.
Services we offer
Prepare your home for sale with full or partial staging, selected furniture and practical preparation support. We plan the installation around your property, target buyer and photography date.
Choosing your staging company
Choose a company whose real projects suit your property, whose reviews describe the service you value, and whose written quote makes the rooms, hire period and total scope clear. Elevate Your Space offers full and partial staging for homeowners selling and real estate agents across all Melbourne suburbs within 30 km of the CBD.
Led by owner and head stylist Sue Loh, our team selects the furniture and accessories and handles delivery, installation and removal. Full-property packages start from $2,250 and include up to six weeks of hire. Explore our work and client feedback below to decide whether our approach suits your sale.
Discuss your property and campaignWhat to compare
Ask each company the same questions so you can compare the complete proposal. The right fit depends on your home, the furniture already there and your sales campaign.

A vacant home may need a complete package. If suitable furniture remains, ask what can be retained and where additions will help. We assess both options before recommending the scope.
Compare rooms, furniture, delivery, installation, hire duration and removal. Ask about access requirements, any additional costs and extension terms before committing.
Share your photography and inspection dates early. We plan installation with you and your agent; confirm availability and the agreed schedule in your proposal.
Our published starting prices
Full-property packages for vacant homes include furniture and accessories, delivery, installation, up to six weeks of hire, pack-up and removal. Final pricing depends on the property, access, rooms and campaign timing. Partial staging is quoted individually.

Full property staging
We curate every room around the property’s architecture, proportions and target buyer. Furniture, artwork, rugs, lighting and accessories are delivered and installed as one cohesive presentation—ready for photography, inspections and the full sales campaign.

Partial property staging
For occupied or partly furnished properties, we identify what should remain, what should be repositioned and where our pieces will create the greatest impact. The result feels cohesive and intentional while making efficient use of what is already in the home.

Trade coordination
Presentation often begins before the furniture arrives. Where needed, we can connect and coordinate trusted trades for targeted work that strengthens the overall result—from painting and minor repairs to gardening and cleaning.
Before installation
Agree on the preparation and staging schedule with your agent before booking photography. These steps help the installation run smoothly.
For partial staging, share photographs of your rooms and discuss which existing pieces can work with the proposed scheme. Confirm what needs to be removed before moving or storing furniture.
Plan repairs, painting and cleaning before furniture arrives. Clear agreed spaces and walkways, and let us know about stairs, lifts, parking or access restrictions when requesting your quote.
Allow for installation before your photographer arrives so the completed rooms appear in the listing. Confirm access and timing with your agent, then keep the presentation consistent for inspections.
If you will remain in the home, discuss how the staged rooms will be used day to day. Confirm the hire period, removal arrangements and any extension terms in your proposal.

A Melbourne project example
In our Layered living project in Melbourne’s Inner West, a glass desk and open timber base keep a compact study nook visually light. A sculptural lamp defines the work area, while an olive textile adds warmth.
These choices help buyers see how an overlooked corner could work as a useful part of the home.

How it works
We assess the home, campaign timing and the likely buyer audience.
You receive a clear recommendation covering the rooms, inclusions and investment.
Our team selects, delivers and installs every piece before photography.
The staging remains for the agreed sales period, then we pack down and remove it.
For sellers and agents
We serve all Melbourne suburbs within 30 km of Melbourne CBD, from our West Footscray base. Send your property suburb, floor plan or room photos, and intended photography date so we can assess the staging requirements and confirm availability.
For homeowners, we help you decide between furnishing a vacant property and working with suitable existing pieces. For real estate agents, we coordinate the staging plan around the vendor’s property and agreed campaign dates.
Staging helps show a home’s layout and potential. Sale price and time on market also depend on pricing, buyer demand, marketing and property condition; no staging company can guarantee a sale result.
