For Melbourne apartments going to market

Apartment staging
in Melbourne.

Help buyers understand how the living, dining and bedroom spaces fit together. We select furniture, artwork and accessories for your apartment’s proportions, whether it is vacant or has suitable furniture to work with.

Small spaces, clear choices

A floor plan buyers
can picture using.

Apartment staging starts with the layout. The aim is to show a practical place to sit, dine, sleep or work while keeping the room’s light and circulation visible.

Define open-plan living and dining

Choose furniture in proportion to each zone. A rug can define the lounge, while a compact dining setting shows how meals and entertaining fit into the same room.

Keep doors and balcony access clear

Plan the route through the room before adding accessories. Check that furniture placement leaves a useful path to doors, windows and outdoor areas.

Give bedrooms and corners a purpose

A suitable bed size and restrained bedside pieces help buyers read the bedroom. Where the floor plan allows, a slim desk can show the use of an otherwise overlooked nook.

Vacant or occupied

The right scope
for your apartment.

For a vacant apartment, full staging brings the agreed rooms together. For an occupied or partly furnished apartment, we assess which existing pieces support the presentation and where additions would help.

One- and two-bedroom starting prices

Our full-property packages currently start from $2,250 for one bedroom and $2,550 for two bedrooms. They include furniture and accessories, delivery, installation, up to six weeks of hire, pack-up and removal. Access, rooms and campaign requirements shape the final proposal.

Partial staging is assessed individually

Bedroom count alone does not price a partial installation. Share current room photos and identify the furniture you intend to keep so we can recommend the additions.

Before photography

Plan the building access.
Then the installation.

Raise access requirements when requesting a quote so they can be considered with the furniture plan and campaign dates.

Check with the building manager

Ask about lift bookings and dimensions, permitted delivery hours, loading areas, stairs and any protection or booking requirements. Pass these details to our team before agreeing on installation.

Agree what moves and when

If furniture needs to leave the apartment, confirm responsibility for removal and storage. Complete repairs and cleaning before the agreed staging date.

Coordinate the sales campaign

Arrange installation before photography, discuss day-to-day use if you will remain at home, and confirm the hire period, any extension terms and collection access in the proposal.
